Will's birthday

We celebrated Will's 33rd birthday a couple weeks ago with family.  We got to enjoy this yummy caramel maple cake.

A Dozen Kids

 Sometimes when people ask us if we have any kids, most of the time we tell them no.  Sometimes we tell them that we have about a dozen "kids" every wrestling season. 

We went to Boise last weekend for State Wrestling.  It was fun!

Singing in the Choir

Will and I love music.  And we love to sing.  We have sung in our stake church choir previous years and this year they asked us to be in it again.  When we first talked about it we decided that since we are busy with the wrestling season right now that we would not do it this time.  The choir director called and told us she really wanted us to sing so we decided that we would.  We have been to choir practice the last couple Sundays and we feel like we are blessed for our decision because we absolutely love the songs we are singing this time and also the songs have been stuck in our heads.  I just really hope that we can be blessed for our singing and commitment to sing although we are very busy right now. We have one more choir practice tonight and then the following two Sundays will be the performances during Stake Conference.

Ice Fishing

We have been doing some ice fishing this winter.  Where we live it gets cold enough that the reservoirs freeze over and you can walk right out onto them.  Some people even drive their snowmobiles and other ATVs out on the ice because it gets so thick.  We have fun and I especially like going on sunny days when the weather is a little better.  We usually go with friends and/or family and we have a great time.

A year of running

Year in Review from my races that I did this year.  My goal last year (2012) was to run a 5K and I did.  This year (2013) I wanted to do a couple of 5K races.  I even got crazy and decided to do the Preston Biathlon.  It was a great year and looking back I'm so glad that I did them.  Knowing that I have an upcoming race that I've already signed up for, helps motivate me to stay healthy, eat better, exercise more.  Running has never been easy for me, nor it never will be easy for me.  But I do enjoy it and I'm way better than I used to be.  And I feel like I can fun faster and better.

Fall Fishing

 We love fishing in the fall!  It is so pretty.

Rodeo Weekend

Rodeo Weekend in Preston!  We had some family visit.  My parents and a couple nieces came to visit and we had a great time going to the parades and Big J's to eat

Camping

 I've been itchin' to do some camping and so we went this weekend.  We also floated the river and had a great time fishing and spending time together.

 We went on a river float down the Snake River last weekend.  We had a blast and we caught a lot of fish.

Towards the end of the day Will and I got a double!  We live in such a beautiful area. 

Jackson Hole Vacation

 Over Memorial Day weekend I vacationed with Will's side of the family.  Will was out of town on business so instead of stay home by myself I decided to go party with his family.  I had a blast!

Love my hubby!

Last week Will was gone for business for a few days.  We haven't been apart in the evenings for quite some time so it was definitely not something I want to get used to.  I love having him around and doing things with him.  We really are so blessed to have so much time together.  He got back on Monday and I've just really enjoyed having him around.  He is the light of my life!  Love him!
