Playing guitar with a nephew

We tended our nephew on Friday night so his parents could go out.  We had a great time.  We got the guitar out and Heidi played some songs.  Ole danced a little bit but mostly just waved his spatula around and smiled.  He did enjoy grabbing onto the end of the guitar, too. 

Man that kid loves spatulas.  He was entertained by it for at least an hour.  Who needs toys when you've got spatulas, huh?

Ole was having a rough time going to sleep.  Heidi eventually calmed him down and got him to sleep by rocking in the recliner and singing him sweet songs while rubbing and patting his back. 
He is such a cute little boy!  We love having him and his parents come visit.  They even got to stay with us this time so that was extra fun.
